Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and
undamaged. Please include all original packaging and tags.
- Perishable goods (such as fresh flowers), gift cards, and
personalized/customized items are not eligible for return.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@example.com
with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return
authorization number.
- Pack the item securely and include the authorization number on
the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice. Unless
the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return
shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved,
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
